Office tasks: involved in the development of business requirements to expand the functionality of remote customer service and technological schemes for its customers through self-service channels, preparation of the project and the intra-standard documentation to expand the functionality of customer self-service channels, providing analysis and the Bank's compliance with the legal framework of Ukraine-related operation of self-service channels.

Requirements for candidates: higher technical / economic education;  experience in the banking / financial institutions in the direction of the methodology, technology and process management, analysis - from 3 years; broad knowledge of banking products / services, technology, their functioning banking business processes, customer self-service channels; knowledge of current legislation of Ukraine in the part of the banking and financial sector, regulatory NBU; ability to prepare project documentation (technical specifications / requirements, process flow diagrams, description of business processes); negotiating skills workshops; free use of the PC (graphics editors, Excel); excellent knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian language, preferably English language; personality traits: responsibility, initiative, commitment, communication, literacy.
