Customer Support Representative

Задачи должности: Handling incoming calls/correspondence (English, Russian); Consulting users, knowledge working; Processing customer requests; Resolving technical problems in accordance with the instructions; Quality control of IT systems.

Требования к кандидатам: MUST! English writing and speaking — fluent; Experience of communication with English native speakers; Previous working experience within Customer Service using English at least 1 year will be a plus; Excellent knowledge of Russian language; Knowledge of French, Portuguese or German language will be a plus; Excellent computer knowledge, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); Readiness for night shifts is a MUST; Ability to perform routine work; Passion for professional development in IT industry; Self-management, openness, kindness, and sense of humor.
