Завдання посади: Recruit qualified IT specialists. Seek out for qualified candidates in social networks. Manage candidates’ selection process. Manage vacancies posting and maintain candidates’ database. Qualify candidate skills through CV checks, suggest approaches to candidates’ testing. Keep management updated on competitors’ employment package, hiring process and market situation.

Вимоги до кандидатів: 1 year previous work experience in IT recruiting. Excellent knowledge of the Russian and English languages. Smart, confident, outgoing, energetic and eager to get things done. Highly organized, detail focused, and self-motivated. Strong orientation to monthly hiring targets. Broad network of contacts in IT sphere.
